Refund policy
Pre-order Cancellations You can request a full refund at any time before your order has been processed and shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated or the order has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
Bulk Orders & High-Value Orders (Final Sale) To prevent inventory abuse and ensure product availability for all customers, any single order containing FOUR (4) or more items, or any order with a total value exceeding $100.00 USD, is considered a FINAL SALE.
These orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, unless we shipped the incorrect item or the product arrived damaged (see "Damages and Issues" below).
Standard 30-Day Return Policy For standard orders (under 4 items and under $100.00 USD), we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unopened, with the factory safety seal fully intact, and in its original packaging.

Note: For health and hygiene safety reasons, any dietary supplements (Gummies) that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed are strictly ineligible for a return.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Fees: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, and the cost of this label plus a 10% Service fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be discarded.
Damages and Issues (Strict Verification) Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Bulk Orders: For any Bulk Orders (4 or more items or orders exceeding $100.00 USD) claiming damage or missing items, the customer MUST provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing:

The shipping label clearly legible on the unopened box/bag.

The active opening of the parcel.

The exact condition of the product seals and labels inside.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery will result in the immediate denial of the claim. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items at our designated facility before any replacement or refund is approved.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Opened or unsealed dietary supplements.

Orders exceeding $100.00 USD or containing 4+ items (Bulk Orders).

Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and thoroughly inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return shipping costs and the 10% Service fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
